Kaelyn has always felt a deep connection with animals, even as a kid. Growing up with her family in Milton, Delaware, they ALWAYS had some type of animal (whether it was a bird, turtle, or dog, it was always something). She joined K9 Heeling in June 2023 as a kennel technician and quickly fell in love with DayPlay, where she enjoys observing the social dynamics among dogs and their unique personalities. Building relationships with both the dogs and their owners is her favorite part of the job.

Kaelyn dreams of becoming an international dog trainer while serving as a missionary, sharing God’s love with others. In her free time, she loves reading scripture, leading Bible studies and youth groups, and exploring her creative side through crocheting and sewing. ​With a goal to visit every national park in the United States, Kaelyn’s adventurous spirit and commitment to animals and her faith inspire her to make a meaningful impact in her community and beyond.
